  1. ENTRIES: Training - $180 . PreTraining - $170. Entry -$160. Pre-Entry - $150.00. Trot-a-Trail - $100. Please add CE Levy and drug fee for all divisions. REFUNDS: Before CD, less $30 administration fee. After CD, with vet or medical certificate, less $30 admin fee. Change fee $30. Negative Coggins test not required. Checks made payable to Clearwater Valley Pony Club. No Faxed Entries. Note: Trot A Trail - intended for beginner eventers or green horses. Please ride Au Con Cour if you are a coach or an experienced rider

  2. TIME SCHEDULE: June 4, 5:00 pm office and XC course opens. June 5: 8:00am dressage begins; June 5: 10:00am show jumping begins. June 6: 9:00am XC begins. Check website for schedules and starting times or contact secretary – NO CALLS after 10 PM.

  3. OFFICIALS:TD: Gerry Sweet. CD: Kim LaChapelle/Don Schiewe. Show Jumping: Billi Solverson; Judges/GJ: Diane Dunlop, Chris Collins

  4. STABLING:$65.00 per stall per event incl initial bedding. Stall Deposit of $40 on separate check required with entry and will be returned after stall check. Covered onsite stabling MAY be avail. Must bring gate enclosure for outside stalls. Additional indoor stabling 10 km from event.

  5. DRESSAGE: T – Test A; PT – Test B; E –Test A; PE – Test B. Trot-a-Trail - Walk Trot Test B (refer to website / contact secretary) Arena: All tests 20 x 40. Sand and grass footing.

  6. CROSS COUNTRY:T - 2500m @ 425mpm; PT - 2250m @ 400mpm; E - 1600m @ 350mpm, PE - 1600m @350mpm; Trot-a-Trail (TBA). TERRAIN: Relatively flat open terrain. Two water complexes.

  7. AWARDS: Horse Trials: Prizes to 3rd. Ribbons to 8th. Competitors must be present to collect prizes. New schedule for presentations

  8. ACCOMMODATIONS:Leduc: Super 8 Motel, 8004 Sparrow Cres, (780) 986-8898; Western Budget Motel, 8230 Sparrow Cres, (780) 986-3316. Camping on site. No hook-ups

  9. DIRECTIONS: Travelling north or south on Hwy 2 turn east at Nisku/ Beaumont overpass exit onto Hwy 625. Go east through Nisku and then turn north on RR244 for one mile. Turn east on Twp Rd 505. Travel ½ mile and grounds on North Side. From Beaumont 50th Street turn west at the church on the hill and travel 2 miles on Twp Rd 505 (50th Ave.)

  10. Other information: June 5 Competitors Supper Menu (included) Additional tickets available on or before Friday June 4 at $15per person. Medical on site both days. Farrier and Vet on call. Concession on site. Volunteers needed for Sunday.
