1. ENTRIES: Training - $170. PreTraining - $160. Entry - $150. Pre-Entry - $140.00. Trot-a-Trail - $90; plus $10 Canadian Eventing Starter Levy and $5.00 drug fee for all divisions. Entry & stabling before CD, less $30 administration fee. After CD, with vet or medical certificate, less $30 administration fee. Late/Change fee $30. Negative Coggins test not required. Checks made payable to Clearwater Valley Pony Club. No Faxed Entries. Note: Bronze Sport license required for all entries below training. Passports and Silver Sport license required for Training level entries

2. TIME SCHEDULE: June 6, 5:00 pm office and XC course opens. June 7: 8:00am dressage begins; June 7: 10:00am show jumping begins. June 8: 9:00am XC begins. Check website www.clearwatervalley.org for schedules and starting times or contact secretary. – NO CALLS after 10 PM.

3. OFFICIALS: TD: Jo-Ann Opdendries. CD: Anita Ostapek; Show Jumping: Billi Solverson; Judges: Dressage & Jumping: Chris Collins; GJ: Pres: Chris Collins

4. STABLING: $65.00 per stall per event incl initial bedding. Stall Deposit of $40 on separate check required with entry and will be returned after stall check. New covered stabling on site for first 30 horses. Additional indoor stabling 10 km from event.

5. DRESSAGE: T – 2005 CE Training Test A. PT – PreTraining 2005 CE Test A; E – 2005 CE Entry Test B, PE – 2005 CE Entry Test A. Trot-a-Trail - Walk Trot Test A (contact secretary for test). Arena: All tests 20 x 40. Sand and grass footing.

6. CROSS COUNTRY: T - 2500m @ 425mpm; PT - 2250m @ 400mpm; E - 1600m @ 350mpm, PE - 1600m @350mpm; Trot-a-Trail (TBA). TERRAIN: Relatively flat open terrain.

7. AWARDS: Horse Trials: Prizes to 3rd. Ribbons to 8th. Competitors must be present to collect prizes.

8. ACCOMMODATIONS: Leduc: Super 8 Motel, 8004 Sparrow Cres, (780) 986-8898; Western Budget Motel, 8230 Sparrow Cres, (780) 986-3316. Camping on site. No hook-ups.

9. DIRECTIONS: Travelling north or south on Hwy 2 turn east at Nisku/ Beaumont overpass exit onto Hwy 625. Go east through Nisku and then turn north on RR244 for one mile. Turn east on Twp Rd 505. Travel ½ mile and grounds on North Side. From Beaumont 50th Street turn west at the church on the hill and travel 2 miles on Twp Rd 505 (50th Ave.)

10. Other information: Competitors supper included for June 7. Additional tickets available on or before Friday $13.00. Must pre-purchase with your entry. Medical on site both days. Farrier and Vet on call. Concession on site.
