- ENTRIES: Preliminary - $195. Training - $180. PreTraining - $170. Entry - $160. Pre-Entry - $150.00. Starter - $120. For all divisions, please add CE Levy and drug fee (Start - PT $3.50, T - P $7) AHTA $10 levy included in fees. No GST. Note: a photocopy of all current memberships MUST accompany entry. REFUNDS: Before CD, less $30 administration fee. After CD, with vet or medical certificate, less $30 admin fee. Late and/or change fee $30. Negative Coggins test not required. Cheques made payable to Clearwater Valley Pony Club. No Faxed Entries. Note: Starter - intended for beginner eventers or green horses. Max. height of jumps is 2 feet (XC and stadium) Please ride Au Con Cour if you are a coach or an experienced rider.
- TIME SCHEDULE: June 3, 5:00 pm office and XC course opens. June 4: 8:00am dressage begins; June 4: 9:00am show jumping begins. June 5: 9:00am XC begins. Check website for schedules and starting times or contact secretary – NO CALLS after 10 PM.
- OFFICIALS: TD: Jo-ann OpdenDries. CD for XC: Barry Tyreman. Stadium Jumping: Billi Solverson; Judges/GJ: Diana Dunlop, Chris Collins, Monique Hubbs.
- STABLING: $70.00 per stall per event incl initial bedding. Stall Deposit of $40 on separate cheque required with entry and will be returned after stall check. Thirty covered stalls onsite. Must bring gate enclosure for outside/uncovered stalls. Additional indoor stabling 10 km from event.
- DRESSAGE: P-Prelim Test 1; T-Training Test 1; PT –PT Test 1; E –Entry Test 2; PE –Entry Test 1. S – Walk/Trot Test D (refer to website / contact secretary) Arena: All tests 20 x 40. Sand and grass footing.
- 6) CROSS COUNTRY: P- 3000m @ 5200mpm ; T - 2500m @ 450mpm; PT - 2250m @ 400mpm; E - 1600m @ 350mpm, PE - 1600m @325mpm; S - TBA. TERRAIN: Relatively flat open terrain. Two water complexes.
- AWARDS: Horse Trials: Prizes to 3rd. Ribbons to 8th. Competitors must be present to collect prizes. New schedule for presentations.
- ACCOMMODATIONS: Leduc: Super 8 Motel, 8004 Sparrow Cres, (780) 986-8898; Western Budget Motel, 8230 Sparrow Cres, (780) 986-3316. Camping on site. No hook-ups.
- DIRECTIONS: Travelling north or south on Hwy 2 turn east at Nisku/ Beaumont overpass exit onto Hwy 625. Go east through Nisku and then turn north on RR244 for one mile. Turn east on Twp Rd 505. Travel ˝ mile and grounds on North Side. From Beaumont 50th Street turn west at the church on the hill and travel 2 miles on Twp Rd 505 (50th Ave.)
- Other information: June 4 Competitors Supper Menu (included) Additional tickets available on or before Friday, June 3 at $15 per person. Medical on site both days. Farrier and Vet on call. Concession on site. Volunteers needed for Sunday
